I built it to unite yoga, leadership and modern business strategy, helping teachers build businesses that support their lives, not consume them.
Since then, we’ve served over 20,000 yoga teachers worldwide and grown into a multi-seven-figure education platform.
The work has evolved, and so have I, from burnout to spacious, sustainable growth at every stage.
Today, I live in Bali, surf most mornings, practice Kundalini yoga daily and am currently preparing for motherhood. I lead DYA alongside a rock star team and have grown my business to impact thousands of teachers on a global scale, all whilst creating the spacious, intentional life I always dreamed of.

I’d spent fifteen years building a successful career in marketing and from the outside, it looked like an achievement, but internally I was disconnected, and living for the weekends.
I discovered yoga at the gym and it changed me forever.
In 2015, I completed my teacher training to deepen my practice. What followed was an unexpected calling. By the end of that year, I’d left my marketing director role to build my own business.
Good Yoga Life was born.
Within a few years, I’d hosted 25 sold-out retreats worldwide and built a location-independent business rooted in community, creativity and freedom.
At the same time, I watched skilled yoga teachers around me struggle.
Bouncing between studios with packed schedules, no time for their own practice, still struggling to pay the bills. The issue was not dedication or talent. It was the absence of sustainable business models in the industry.
